Phase 4

If it has not yet been done, in this phase it will be necessary to:

  • set up the company and do all the necessary administrative paperwork;
  • define a starting date for the activity;
  • find necessary space;
  • purchase the necessary material and equipment;
  • choose and hire the necessary personnel.

Again, all the intermediary and advisory activities carried out by the Center in this phase are free, whereas the new entrepreneurs are charged for using external experts (e.g. for areas such as legal matters, fiduciaries, logistics, staff recruitment, etc.)


Once the new company’s activity has started up, PHASE 5 begins.
